The Department of Public Safety says 24-year-old Blake Tibbetts of Cornish was heard making comments at a restaurant that included threats towards UNE.
He was taken to the York County Jail.

The Maine Fire Marshal's Office and FBI were called in to help.
They say they found materials to make bombs at Tibbett's house.
Tibbetts is facing several charges and is being held at the jail.
